Health Information

The iRemember apps allow users to record medication reminders and related medication adherence information, including reminder schedules and device generated events, such as when a paired iRemember device is opened.

We use this information only to provide requested services and improve application functionality.

If you use iRemember Pro through a participating healthcare provider, certain information may be shared with that provider as necessary to support your care or as authorized by you. Information we handle on behalf of a healthcare provider is also governed by that provider's own privacy practices and notices.

We do not sell personal health information.

Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time in either of these ways:

In the iRemember or iRemember Pro app, open your Profile screen and tap Delete Account, or
Email support@getiremember.com with the subject Data Deletion Request. Please include the email address associated with your account.

We may verify your identity before processing your request. Once processed, deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

For users participating through a healthcare provider using iRemember Pro, certain medical records may be retained by the provider in accordance with applicable laws and record retention requirements.

Your Choices

You may:

Update your account information
Change notification preferences
Opt out of marketing emails
Opt out of promotional text messages by replying STOP
Disable cookies through your browser
Request access to or deletion of your personal information where applicable

Operational communications, such as password resets and order confirmations, cannot be disabled while your account remains active.

SMS Communications

If you choose to receive SMS messages, we may send medication reminders, account notifications, customer support communications, and other service related messages. If you have opted in, we may also send promotional and marketing text messages about our products, services, offers, and updates.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of promotional text messages at any time by replying STOP or by contacting support@getiremember.com. You may reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of promotional messages will not prevent you from receiving service related messages that are necessary to provide requested services or administer your account.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that support services, such as customer service, is permitted. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Children's Privacy

Our products and services are not directed to children under 13 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we learn that such information has been collected, we will promptly delete it.
